Highlighted events are those chosen for the Regiment to focus our attention on this year.
- January 31, 2009: Battle of the Bulge
- Fort Indiantown Gap, PA
There will be a Public Battle Re-enacted by Allied and Axis Living Historians of the World War II Federation, at 10:30 am and 1:30 PM in Area 12. Parking will be provided, once on the post please follow the signs to the parking area. Once there, buses will take you to the Battle Demonstration and Barracks Displays area.

This is the time to get everything sorted out for the year. Your vote counts so you may want to be there.
- May 16-17, 2009: Westfield Heritage Center - Rockton, ON, Canada

- May 23-24, 2009: Soldiers through the ages - Fort Niagara, Youngstown, NY
Reenactors portraying Niagara's garrisons from the colonial era through World War Two, present two days of comparative weapons demonstrations, exhibits of military vehicles, uniform programs, and tactical demonstrations.
- June 19-21, 2009: Lest We Forget: Display/Battle Recreation - St. Joseph & Benton Harbor, Michigan
It's a long haul but it look's like it will be a good one. Multiple impressions with assault landing's, air drops, Pacific battle, Normandy battle and MED- Sicily/Italy battle ! We can actually fight in our KD's for a change. The Southwest Michigan Regional Airport will host the WWII encampment displays and battle demonstrations. St. Joseph will be the site recreating two beach landings; PTO and Normandy.
- July 18-19, 2009: Echoes of Niagara's Past - Fort George, Niagara on the Lake, ON
Be part of over 200 years of Niagara's military history and heritage, as living history re-enactors take the stage. From Loyalist soldiers and those of WWII, visitors can experience the sights and sounds of Canada's military past.
- August 22, 2009: D-Day Conneaut - Conneaut, Ohio
D-Day Conneaut is the annual re-creation of the amphibious allied landings upon the beaches of Normandy France which took place on June 6th, 1944. The site is Conneaut Township Park, Conneaut Ohio, whose bluffs overlook a 250 yard beach remarkably resembling the Omaha Beach shore line.
